WHAT ARE WE ABOUT?

ARIZONA AMMUNITION, LLC. is a company with extensive experience in the manufacturing of high quality, extremely accurate rifle ammunition for those shooters who demand the best.  Extreme accuracy and performance is our only focus.  We are not gunsmiths!     This is fully benchrest prepared rifle ammunition.

What we do is not new, in fact we did not invent many of the techniques we use.  Benchrest shooters, world record holders in long range shooting, successful hunters, extreme accuracy enthusiasts, and top shooting competitors around the world developed the processes, procedures, and tools.  These intense perfectionist shooters have proved that "tuned" ammunition in any rifle will improve the performance of that rifle.  Ammunition tuned specifically for a specific rifle will shoot even better!

ARIZONA AMMUNITION, LLC. offers clients two methods of acquiring our ammunition.  They are;

1.  Send us your rifle or long range handgun and we will custom tune the ammunition to your rifle for your specific use; hunting, competition, practice, long range, or any other purpose.  We will tune your ammunition to match your rifle, sights (scope) altitude, humidity, temperature, barrel twist, trigger pull, and you!

2.  Purchase our "over the counter" ammunition (very limited selection) for your rifle and long range handgun and you will get the best ammunition we have to offer that is not specific to your rifle, but is game/use/rifle specific.  The ammunition is made rifle specific and will work in all rifles of that type, model, brand, and chamber specifications.  (Please note that we will not sell ammunition for rifles that we have not tested.)

WHY IS THIS AMMUNITION DIFFERENT?

There is a direct relationship between the ammunition and the construction of the rifle; factory, custom, old or new, the chamber depth in comparison to the box magazine length effects how the ammunition performs.  If your chamber is  tight or loose, if you have tight or loose twist rifling, both effect the performance of the rifle and the ammunition.  Solids, bronze, copper jacketed, and lead bullets all shoot differently.  Hard and thick jackets may have higher pressure and shoot differently than those bullets with thin jackets that may have lower pressure.  Now there are VLD's, LTB's, single shot pistol, moly-coated and more styles of bullets to use than ever before and they all shoot differently.  While there are more selections of bullets giving you more options, using them correctly is more difficult than ever before.  Some shoot great and perform poorly, and yet others shoot and perform great!

This ammunition is not "hot loaded", and meets all industry specifications in every way (SAMMI). ARIZONA AMMUNITION, LLC. ammunition is made from new components and is rifle and game/use specific.  For example, if you are planning a Whitetail deer hunt using a Remington 700, 30-06, ARIZONA AMMUNITION, LLC. has ammunition for that specific combination.  THIS IS NOT A RECOMMENDED USE, IT IS THE ONLY USE TO GET THE MOST EFFECTIVE AND BEST ACCURACY.  The focus is on several important aspects of ammunition development.  They are:

bullet

Matching bullet style and seating depth, case, and primer to the rifle's chamber and box magazine.

bullet

Matching bullet and powder load to the intended use.  Type of game and expected distance of the shot is a primary consideration.  Type of terrain and environment are important considerations.

bullet

"Tuning" new cases to insure that it is the proper size, length, weight and completely prepared to perform to its maximum potential.

bullet

Matching the ammunition to the rifle type, style, manufacturer and specifications of the rifle itself.  Details of barrel twist, trigger pull, barrel length, barrel taper, bedding, and other factors are important in developing the best possible ammunition for specific rifle or type of rifle and the intended purpose.

bullet

Every round is hand weighed on laboratory grade scales, hand seated, and checked for overall length and bullet run out for extreme accuracy.

We use coated bullets, using the patented NECO and ACCULUBE 10X process.  Coated bullets help reduce fouling which helps maintain accuracy.  Coatings reduce friction which helps extend barrel life.  It is our experience that coated bullets will help make an accurate rifle remain accurate longer during firing, but it will not likely make an inaccurate rifle accurate.  Bullets that foul easily will continue to foul, but not as quickly.  In many cases to enjoy high velocity bullets, a coating is required to maintain accuracy after as few as 10 shots!

bullet

Benchrest prepared cases are used on all ammunition.  We use new Remington cases, size them, debur the flash hole on the inside, re-cut the primer pocket flat and round, debur the case neck, and trim (In some cases the necks are also turned).  All cases are cleaned and inspected.  This is the best case you can get.

WE OFFER A CUSTOM CASE SERVICE TOO.  WE BUILD CASES TO CUSTOMERS' SPECIFICATIONS INCLUDING NECK TURNING AND ANNEALING.  ALL BRANDS OF CASES ARE AVAILABLE.

WHY DOES THIS HELP YOU?

ACCURACY                            ACCURACY                            ACCURACY
 ACCURACY                            ACCURACY

Custom tuned ammunition that is game/use/rifle specific is optimum ammunition.  The manufacturer of typical firearms uses machines and tolerances that are held to aircraft standards in precision.  The action, barrel, and stock have been engineered to give maximum performance.  No detail is too small for custom manufacturers.  Each custom rifle is made one at a time for each user.  Even some factory rifles use extremely tight tolerances.  Why use mass produced ammunition?

Hand-loaders learned years ago that custom tuning ammunition to each rifle improves accuracy and performance.  Bullet manufacturers have made bullets for specific use in target or game ammunition.  Testing these combinations takes many hours, days, weeks, and years.  Field testing on game is a long and tough process.  While there are excellent factory loads on the market today, nothing beats custom tunes ammunition that is gun and use specific.  That's where ARIZONA AMMUNITION, LLC. meets the increasing precision requirements of the serious shooter and sportsman.  ARIZONA AMMUNITION, LLC. works with custom rifle manufacturers, shooters, and sportsmen on specific use ammunition.  We test bullets, cases, powder, and primer in many conditions and combinations to develop the best loads we can for a specific use and rifle.  We guarantee all of our ammunition to specific accuracy depending upon bullet and rifle.  We go to great efforts to meet our users needs by providing the best possible combinations at a reasonable price.

NEW - NOT RELOADED

ARIZONA AMMUNITION, LLC. USES ONLY NEW COMPONENTS.  We are not reloaders, we are new ammunition manufacturers.  WE DO NOT SELL OR MAKE RELOADS.  We develop our own loading data and guarantee each and every round to perform at optimum efficiency.

We use the following nationally known name brands:

We use new Remington cases whenever possible.  (All other brands are available upon request.)
We use Barnes, Berger, Sierra, Nosler, Hornady, Swift, Woodleigh, Stark, and other popular bullets.
Winchester, Hodgdon, VihtaVuori Oy, IMR, Accurate Arms, Ramshot, powders are used.
We use Federal Match Primers.  Others may be tested for performance improvements though.
All bullets are coated using the NECO process or our exclusive ACCULUBE 10X low fouling process.

TIME IS $$$

Many of our customers are former hand loaders and know the value of custom ammunition.  They have the same high demands in shooting as always, but they have less time.  Many no longer want to hand load and loading is more complicated than it used to be.  ARIZONA AMMUNITION, LLC. will make every effort to meet the high standards of all hand loaders.  We use the newest equipment, data and components.

Most of our customers would rather be hunting than sitting in the loading room or at the range.  They want to make one call to their custom supplier rather than drive from shop to shop or discount store to discount store looking for the same manufacturer as they used last year.

24 X 7 EMERGENCY SERVICE

ARIZONA AMMUNITION, LLC. provides all its customers with 24 hours per day, 7 days per week ammunition service.  If you need ammunition anywhere in the world (wherever UPS or FEDEX goes) we will respond to your call and ship replacement ammunition or supplies as fast as possible.  We keep accurate records on all customers and will custom make you the ammunition and ship it as as fast as possible when you contact us.

YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO BE WITHOUT PRECISION AMMUNITION AGAIN
IF YOU USE ARIZONA AMMUNITION, LLC.

PROFESSIONAL ADVISORY BOARD!

We work closely with a select few in the shooting and hunting world in the development and upgrading of our ammunition and products.  Those on our advisory board know shooting and hunting and help guide us in providing the best possible ammunition and service possible for each client.

FREE UPGRADES

The world of firearms and ammunition is changing everyday!  It can be said that in the case of ammunition that old is definitely not better.  The new powders and bullets are better than anything made even 5 years ago!  As a service to our clients, we offer free upgrades on all our ammunition.  If we have "tuned" a rifle for a specific bullet, rifle, and powder and a new replacement bullet or powder becomes available or if we discover a great  new load for a similar type rifle and bullet, we will upgrade the ammunition for no charge to the client.  The client's only cost is that of the freight and whatever ammunition they choose to purchase.  This allows the client to keep up with technologies and not have to pay another tuning cost.

NEVER BE HELD DOWN AGAIN BECAUSE THINGS CHANGE!

In the event that the client wants an upgrade to a new, but different bullet, then there will be a charge.
