FIRELAPPING AMMUNITION Arizona Ammunition, LLC. is the only manufacturer in the world of the famous NECO firelapping ammunition. This ammunition is intended to help solve accuracy problems in factory and service rifles. Those type rifles that are experiencing extremely poor accuracy in a rifle with a relatively good barrel and action may benefit from this procedure. A rifle that shoots a 5 shot groups of say 3 to 5 inches at 100 yards might benefit from the firelapping process. Please insure that it is the barrel and not you or the optics that is the problem. The function of NECO firelapping is to polish the bore with a series of bullets with different grits on them. The system provides for a specific order of firing of the bullets to achieve this high polish. The results can be a reduction of as much as 200 or 300 percent in group size! Going from a 3 inch group to a 1 inch group is common. It will likely not make a rifle shooting a 1 inch group shoot a 1/4 inch group though. Please understand that NECO firelapping accelerates the wear on the barrel by "sanding" it as it polishes the barrel. Custom barrels come hand lapped and it is not necessary nor recommended to use firelapping ammunition on them. Factory barrels and service rifle barrels can be very rough, even have burrs on them that will effect accuracy. But, the NECO firelapping process will shorten the life of the barrel by an unknown amount. Of course if the rifle is not shooting well and you are faced with rebarreling, the NECO firelapping process is a lower cost possible solution. We do not consider this "new rifle break in ammunition" either. That is not its intent. We will be offering a new product of "BREAK IN’ ammunition for new rifle this year. Please think carefully about your application. NECO firelapping ammunition is sold in a complete kit of 50 rounds only. We will not break up a full set and do not endorse short cutting the system in any way. We offer no guarantees or warrantees on results with the ammunition. Every rifle and barrel is different and reacts accordingly- different. 99% of the rifles that use NECO firelapping have remarked to us of the improvement in accuracy, ease of cleaning, and over all performance. Expect a 4 to 6 week delay on special orders. Unusual calibers will cost more. Not all calibers in stock. Brass may not be used again for any purpose.
We are please to offer the new David Tubb's FINAL FINISH™ barrel conditioning system in 2001. This is loaded ammunition. This is a different system than the NECO process for FIRE LAPPING. This is a system that will work for all types of rifles with all types of barrels. It cleans up barrels and the throat in a "break in" process that is not as aggressive as the NECO FIRE LAPPING process. This process involves firing 50 loaded grit covered rounds through the rifle followinga strict cleaning process. There are 5 different grits on the bullets. There are detailed instructions on how to follow the process and the results are generally excellent. Of course there are always exceptions to any process and results may vary. Over all, the reports have been great! What you will see after shooting the David Tubb's FINAL FINISH™ ammunition in your rifle is a smoother bore with less machine marks and a cleaned up throat. If the machine marks, barrel defects, burrs, general flaws, or a bad or rough throat were causing the rifle to shoot poorly, this process should improve accuracy. This process is safe to use on custom rifle barrels too. The cost of the David Tubb's FINAL FINISH™ loaded ammunition is: (This includes ground freight to the lower 48 states.)
Unprepped brass for all cases.
INTRODUCING THE NEXT LEVEL OF BULLET LUBRICANTS We are the leader in the application and use of coated/lubricated bullets. We have been applying the NECO process for over 4 years with great success. In our research we have found a new lubrication many levels above moly disulfide. It is an incredible aerospace product used for the past 31 years by NASA, Garrett, McDonnell Douglas, General Electric, Rockwell International, Walter Kiddle, Otis, and 750 other aerospace and hi-tech companies to solve high friction problems in critical areas. It is likely that your computer hard drive is running on this fine lubricant as you read this information! IT IS INCREDIBLE AND IT WORKS! 31 YEARS OF SUCCESS! Our tests are real and with all caliber's of rifles and many premium bullets. It can be applied to all types and brands of bullets!
Sounds unbelievable?-- we thought so too, so we tested it. For four years we have fired it in 50 BMG rifles, 30's, 22's, 6mm, 375's, 416's, and more and found nothing- no problems! It works and it works good! The 3 time World Champion 1000 yard 50 BMG competitor Buddy Clifton used on every round he fired! The 1999 IBSA 1000 yard benchrest champion Karl Hunstiger uses it exclusively! Hunt-ers, competitors, and plinkers are enjoying the low fouling advantage of ACCULUBE 10X™ on their bullets. Arizona Ammunition, LLC. now offers the general shooting public this incredible lubricant for their favorite bullet! We will coat your bullets or you can purchase bullets from us already ACCULUBE 10X™ coated! ACCULUBE 10X™ is a world wide exclusive for Arizona Ammunition, LLC. (623) 516-9004 FAX (623) 516-9012
INTRODUCING ACCULUBE 10X DRY FILM LUBRICANT! IT IS TOUGH...REDUCE WEAR! ACCULUBE 10X™ is an extremely wear resistant dry film lubricant that moleculary bonds with the bullet without heat, resins, carriers, tumbling, or any type of binder. The molecular bond established is so complete that only removal of the metal can ever affect the lubricity, which has been built into the bullet by the ACCULUBE 10X™ process. ACCULUBE 10X™ CAN BE APPLIED TO A FEATHER WITHOUT DAMAGE TO THE FEATHER! IT IS SUPER SLIPPERY....REDUCES FRICTION!! Capable of withstanding pressures of up to 350,000 PSI and temperatures ranging from - 350 degrees to +1,000 in a controlled atmosphere like a rifle barrel. ACCULUBE 10X'S™ built-in lubricity yields a dynamic friction coefficient of only 0.030. By comparison, the dynamic friction coefficients of MOLY is 0.22 or more than 7 times less slippery than ACCULUBE 10X. (Using steel to steel as a basis)
NO BUILD-UP NO CORROSION REDUCED FOULING
IT DOES NOT ALTER THE BULLET DIMENSIONS IN ANY WAY! Transmigration of ACCULUBE 10X™ into the molecular structure of the bullet maintains dimensional integrity at 15 to 20 millionths of an inch! There is no increase in diameter to effect chamber pressure! NON-DAMAGING APPLICATION...IT IS ALWAYS EVENLY COATED! No stress inducing heat, no cold, no tumbling, no uneven spray, and absolutely no distortion! All bullets are processed at room temperature. Bullets are ready for immediate use with no restrictions. The application will not change the bullet jacket in any way. No wax-- just ACCULUBE 10X™ IT IS CLEAN...DOES NOT CONTAMINATE THE ENVIRONMENT ACCULUBE 10X™ is nontoxic, inter, insoluble, and completely noncorrosive. NO BUILD UP! FIRST SHOT GOES WHERE THE LAST SHOT GOES... NO BREAK IN! Unlike many other coatings, ACCULUBE 10X™ does not require any "curing or break-in of the rifle barrel. ACCULUBE 10X™ does not remain in the barrel and does not reduce the accuracy of the bullet or the rifle barrel. Just start shooting and enjoy the low fouling, no buildup, and non-corrosion of ACCULUBE 10X ACCULUBE 10X™ is an Arizona Ammunition, LLC. world wide exclusive!
